SUPREME GRAND CHAPTER WORKSHOP, AUG 7TH

Once again, PGM Barbara Gray, facilitated another outstanding, educational and entertaining workshop.  She included the audience by asking questions only she could answer which was educational and a fun way to learn.   A skit was written by Sis Orlessia Cleghorn titled “MISS ATTITUDE”.   Sisters were chosen by PGM Gray to participate in the skit of a sister with a bad attitude.  When the skit was over, we all had new Attitudes!!!!!   GM Hilda G. Spencer, IL won the attendance award. Several games were played; one in particular was what kind of snacks you had in your purse, these Sisters are really serious when it comes to snacks they carry in their purses.  Leadership was the topic of the day which included information how a Sister should carry herself when coming into the Order.  It was reiterated that we as Leaders, need to do deeper investigating to be sure we bring in better candidates. Overall, we had a successful workshop and everyone who attended said they were looking forward to the next Workshop in Galveston, TX, 2012. This was a learning experience for all of us.  Hats off to PGM Gray and her committee for an excellent job!!!  Workshop Booklets were available for purchase and will be available at the 2012 convention.

LEADERSHIP TRAINING, SUNDAY SCHOOL, AUG 8TH
